Unfortunately, we are not able to make refunds or amendments once an order is placed.

How to order for delivery

Local Delivery is available every day for on-demand and future delivery up to 6 miles from our central kitchen store.

1. Enter your full delivery address and postcode

2. Select a DATE from the calendar that corresponds with your delivery day and select a time slot.

3. Enter your phone number when ordering and you'll receive a message with courier updates and a courier tracking link on your delivery day.

4. Please note: We do require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to prepare your pre-orders.

If you are outside of the local delivery area, please select the Nationwide option.

Nationwide delivery is available from Tuesday to Friday.

On your delivery day, you'll receive a notification from the courier with a specific timeslot.

We are using DPD for long-distance delivery, so we are unable to guarantee that the cake will get slightly damaged.
